This message by Pastor Rod Harris was delivered at Trinity Baptist Church on Sunday morning, February 3, 2008, and was taken Mark 14:1-11.
From this passage one question keeps coming to mind, the question that each one of us must answer: What will you do with Jesus? In this passage we find three representative responses to this question:
- vs. 1-2: The religious establishment represented those whose own agenda blinded them to who Jesus was.
- vs. 3-9: The woman who anoints Jesus represents those whose love for Jesus requires them to make extravagant sacrifice.
- vs. 10-11: Judas Iscariot represents those who seek to use Jesus for their own lustful cause.
